Bryce has been working with us for many years. When it came to selling the house he was most knowledgeable, approachable and supportive throughout the process. We always knew to have him at our side which we appreciated a lot. When it came to the technical side of the closing he and his extended team did prepare all documents well, gave us important hints throughout the process and made it all happen without a glitch. It is worth noting that all of it happened via long distance. Presently living in Asia made the sale more complicated for us but Bryce would have none of it. He made sure we were always appraised of the situation, kept us well informed and had our back.

Bryce and his team were able to generate a large number of showing which eventually ressulted in a cash offer and "as is" sale of the property. He showed continued interest in selling our property even as the market in our area became very slow for selling houses. Through his and his teams efforts, we successfully closed the sale.

We can't thank Connie and Bryce enough for helping us sell Mom's house after she passed away. With everything else we were dealing with, selling a house out of state was the most daunting.
