My sale happened exactly in the time I needed it prior to relocating out of Illinois. Connie was always available to me. I was able to use Bryce's advice for clearing and staging, have really one full day of showings and then accept an offer over asking(!) that allowed me to stay until the day after the movers took my belongings. Perfect!
