When I was listing a property for sale, I knew I could find any number of realtors to snap some photos and post a description on the MLS. When I was looking for a new investment property, there were plenty of options for realtors to show me around.However, like most, I was looking for more than adequate, and that's why I hired Bryce to list my place and help me find the ideal new one. Bryce is a trusted advisor who alerted me to things I didn't notice or think about on my own. He helped simplify the process and minimize a potentially stressful experience. Along the way he was always friendly and fun - much like hanging out with a friend who has expertise in an area for which I needed help.Always professional. Always responsive. I've known and have been working with Bryce for years, discussing various real challenges with my existing properties and discussing real estate ideas like investment properties.. Unfortunately, due to the changing market and my circumstances, I never purchased a property with him - until recently! "We were looking to become first-time homeowners and knew next to nothing about how everything worked. After some googling we called a well-reviewed realtor to find out how to get started. She asked a few basic questions, gave a little advice, and immediately recommended her longtime friend and colleague Connie of The Fuller Force. She said Connie would be able to help us and, with permission, passed along our contact info. Connie called us within the hour. We are so grateful Connie helped us buy our first home. Throughout our search Connie was patient, reachable, and answered all our questions. Summer/Fall 2023 was an interesting time to buy a house and Connie ensured we had a good first experience. She connected us with our lender and attorney, both of whom were also fantastic. When Connie went out of town we almost found a house and Bryce was able to easily jump in and take over.
