Baird & Warner (Bryce and team) sold our rental house while we were 2000 miles away. They did what ever was required to make the sale by meeting repair people and picked up keys from tenants etc... They were also able to make the sale during the COVID-19 crisis via virtual tour. I highly recommend Bryce and team.

Bryce was so excellent to work with the first time around that there was no need to even consider working with anyone else. This was our first time selling, in addition to buying, and he helped us navigate the entire process leaving us feeling confident and at ease even through major hurdles. Working with Bryce was absolutely a pleasure. He made the home buying experience manageable (as I am overwhelmed easily) and explained every step of the process every step of the way. Bryce was always readily available for my needs and questions and took time out of his day to help me understand exactly what I needed to do. Bryce was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process of buying and selling. His advice got my home under contract in less than 24 hours and it was one of the most expensive listings in the subdivision. He was also very honest throughout the buying process and I never felt as though he was just trying to get me to buy something. I was able to find the perfect home in the exact location I wanted.
