We were referred to Bryce Fuller by a co-worker in early 2018. They were happy with Bryce's service. I interviewed him on the phone and told him my relocation situation. He agreed with my request and we hired him and his team immediately for our search / purchase in the Gurnee / Libertyville area! Bryce is very responsive to my requests, either through text or phone or e-mail. We received his response almost always within 24hrs, including the time-consuming market analyses. He was always on time or ahead of time with our house hunting appointments. To each house, he would share his valuable opinion with us, the pros and cons of each house. It is like the 3rd person objective opinion, which is hard to come by from a broker. During negotiation, he followed up promptly with the buyer at each step and made sure we the buyer received the benefit we were entitled to by the contract. He wisely suggested we should ask for a home warranty from the seller because the appliances and roof were aged. Not long after we moved in, the blower of our AC system stopped working. Fortunately, the home warranty paid for most of the repair cost. My wife and I highly recommend the Fuller Team!

Connie Fuller helped me to understand the steps of selling my condo. She showed me how to approach each unfolding situation. For example, she helped me to arrive at an asking price and how it compared to similar properties. She explained the seasonal impact on the market as the season changed to November to December.
