"We were looking to become first-time homeowners and knew next to nothing about how everything worked. After some googling we called a well-reviewed realtor to find out how to get started. She asked a few basic questions, gave a little advice, and immediately recommended her longtime friend and colleague Connie of The Fuller Force. My sale happened exactly in the time I needed it prior to relocating out of Illinois. Connie was always available to me. I was able to use Bryce's advice for clearing and staging, have really one full day of showings and then accept an offer over asking(!) that allowed me to stay until the day after the movers took my belongings. Perfect!
