Working with Bryce was absolutely a pleasure. He made the home buying experience manageable (as I am overwhelmed easily) and explained every step of the process every step of the way. Bryce was always readily available for my needs and questions and took time out of his day to help me understand exactly what I needed to do. Bryce was always prepared and gave me advice on things to look for and things to avoid. Bryce made it clear from the start that he wasn't interested in selling me anything and that his goal was to help me find my perfect home. I would absolutely recommend Bryce or anyone on his team. Definitely 5/5 stars!

Baird & Warner (Bryce and team) sold our rental house while we were 2000 miles away. They did what ever was required to make the sale by meeting repair people and picked up keys from tenants etc... They were also able to make the sale during the COVID-19 crisis via virtual tour. I highly recommend Bryce and team.
